Diane Arkenstone, a multi-faceted artist and a pioneer in the New Age music genre, has garnered worldwide acclaim with her extensive repertoire of recordings within the world, meditative, ambient, Celtic, Native American traditions and Americana, all of which are available on her own label, Neo Pacifica—a label that has released genre-spanning projects for decades. Diane founded Neo Pacifica over thirty years ago giving her an authentic outlet for sharing her boundless creativity and for showcasing other like-minded musicians. Diane is a truly iconic musician who not only forged a strikingly distinct creative path among modern instrumental artists as well as a talent for songs that displayed her effortless vocals and poignant songwriting, but was a visionary in eschewing the music business norms to found her own label and maintain control of her masters and publishing rights—an endeavor that very few women artists chose in their own careers. It was a fortuitous decision that allowed her to explore all aspects of her artistry

The label, which is named after a scenic oceanside street, is home to all of her solo albums as well as a roster of artists that she has spearheaded in joint projects that expand the scope of her artistry.  Within the extensive catalog are all of Diane’s solo works that have enhanced and pushed the boundaries of the genre such as both Aquaria albums, Beyond the Golden Sea, Spirits of the Rainforest, The Healing Heart, her trance-based Earth Trybe albums and more.  She has collaborated with a number of artists on distinctive projects such as Ah*Nee*Mah—a series of recordings that explore her Native American background, the Adventure Cargo series of releases in conjunction with David Arkenstone that merges their contemporary instrumental style with traditional musical traditions found in Africa, Egypt and the cultures of the Equator; and the hugely successful Enaid album  Avalon—A Celtic Legend written with David.  All Neo Pacifica releases feature Diane as the primary artist.

Diane has never let the lines of genre stop her from exploring the depths of music and where it can take her. Her recent recordings include Meditations and Birdsong project, the career retrospective The Essential Diane Arkenstone, and her just-released new electronic beat-driven endeavor with David Arkenstone, The DADA Project.

The Billboard-charting Arkenstone is one of the top 10 healing artists in the world, with hundreds of millions of streams globally across music streaming platforms. Her extensive discography and creative output have led to major sync and partnership placements including with the American Heart Association and most recently with “Apple’s Best of Apps Winner,” Aura Health, a mindfulness and meditation App. She’s licensed her music to dozens of film and TV shows including Animal Planet and programming on Discovery Channel, The Hallmark Channel and PBS. 

In addition to Neo Pacifica, Diane has established her own publishing company, Mulamu Publishing, which allows her to expand into film and young adult and children’s books (many of which have made it to #1 on the Amazon charts).  Her latest project, The Robe of Rainbow Feathers is available as a children’s picture book, audio book and short animated film.
